HR 1903 needs to be introduced into the current congress

I just found out that some insurance companies deny men penile implants after prostate surgery that results in erectile dysfunction (impotence) while women who undergo mastectomies qualify for breast implants? There is a bill that was introduced to Congress that would change this: HR 1903. Prostate cancer affects much more than the individuals it afflicts, it affects their partners and families. I met a 59-year-old man that offered his wife a divorce because he felt he could no longer meet her needs because he was no longer a man. This law would enable men to get their lives back.
